Thermodial condensing boilers flues and gas pipes in plantroom

HVAC planned preventative maintenance should take place on heating plant as part of maintaining the whole HVAC system.

The heating system at commercial facility typically requires two service maintenance visits per annum, or as recommended by the manufactures’ specifications.

A well maintained heating system is less likely to breakdown, be in need of expensive repairs or be in constant need of attention – ensuring fewer staff or customer service issues due to poor or lack of heating services.

Heating maintenance is carried out to maximum efficiency with minimum disruption to your business, whilst ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations and a strong consideration for energy efficiency.

All persons servicing gas boilers must be suitably qualified and registered with the register of gas installers, Ireland (RGII). Check qualified persons/companies on the RGII website.

After Thermodial helped investigate and repair our heating and control issues, comfort conditions increased and we realised two-fold savings on energy costs. The boiler no longer needed to operate 24/7 and local electric radiators could be removed.

Niall O'Riordan

The communication is great and we are made aware every ¼ of any defects. Our systems are running smoother and the engineers on site are great and always in uniform.

Before Thermodial installed the energy controls and condensing boilers, I dreaded entering the building in the mornings, in case the boilers had tripped overnight and there was no heating. The energy controls installed by Thermodial helped us on three levels:

  1. lowered our energy consumption;
  2. we could precisely control and alter temperatures in different areas;
  3. the calendar function allowed us to set adequate controls for holiday periods.
