Certification
Third party certification is vitally important in ensuring the highest possible engineering and safety standards are obtained and adhered to.
Safety standards should reflect industry best practice through registration with: F-Gas Registration (FGR); Register of Electrical Contractors, Ireland (RECI) – Safe Electric; Register of Gas Installers, Ireland (RGII) and the National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO). Standards set out by these bodies ensure company and individual service engineers adhere to the safest possible practices, maintaining maximum uptime in air conditioning, electrical and gas systems.
The continuous endeavour in providing a quality service requires stringent planning, reviews and audits, in-line with international best practice.
Thermodial’s management systems are certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 in quality, environmental, occupational health and safety and energy management respectively.
These standards are designed to reduce risk and improve upon business processes for the company and customers alike. For transparency, each standard is independently audited annually, to verify progress and implementation of initiatives.
Certification with partners also brings about positive benefits. Speedy technical advice, shortest lead times on stock delivery, extended warranties and priority customer care, are among the positive advantages.
Thermodial are technical partners with Cylon Active Energy and a business solutions partner (BSP) with Mitsubishi Electric, whilst being registered CPD training providers of Engineers Ireland. CPD providers can deliver technical knowledge and advice through structured continuing professional development training seminars.
Thermodial were recognised for their excellence in health and safety when they won the Excellence in Health and Safety award at the FM Awards for road safety initiatives. The award promoted road safety for two-wheeler vehicles and being pro-active in the event of an emergency breakdown.
