HVAC planned preventative maintenance

Maintenance servicing minimises risk of plant failure. Work is carried out in strict compliance with current health and safety regulations, to customer, manufacturer and Thermodial’s own specifications, protecting the capital value of your plant at a competitive cost.

HVAC upgrades

Aesthetically pleasing HVAC upgrades are performed through in-house PSCS and PSDP engineers, installing the latest A class energy efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant. This can save you vast sums on energy use.

BEMS (or BMS) servicing

Building energy management system servicing is designed to provide comfort and save energy in a building by efficiently optimising the control of HVAC, electrical and water systems. Additionally, the installation of remote access allows BEMS adjustments without time delay or the cost and environmental impact of travel.


24/7 - 365 callout service

A 24/7 – 365 callout service with a measured service level agreement (SLA) is provided for your peace-of-mind. This prompt and punctual problem solving will ensure there is no downtime or  interruption to your HVAC services.


Online reporting

Reports are available online through a secure computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). This self-service system allows you to download all information captured by engineers in the field through PDF reports.

Energy management

Energy management provides energy reporting and analysis of all energy consumed within a building. Targets are set and saving initiatives implemented, verified and proven. Energy data interpretation is then provided through periodic  executive reporting.
