HVAC planned preventative maintenance
Maintenance minimises risk of plant failure. Work is carried out in strict compliance with current health and safety regulations, to customer, manufacturer and Thermodial’s own specifications, protecting the capital value of your plant at a competitive cost.
Aesthetically pleasing HVAC upgrades are performed through in-house PSCS and PSDP engineers, installing the latest A class energy efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant. This can save you vast sums on energy use.
Building energy management systems (BEMS) provide energy reporting and analysis of all energy consumed within a
building. Targets are set and saving initiatives implemented, verified and proven. You are kept up-to-date through
periodic reporting and data interpretation.
24/7 - 365 callout service
A 24/7 – 365 callout service with a measured service level agreement (SLA) is provided for your peace-of-mind. This prompt and punctual problem solving will ensure there is no downtime or interruption to your HVAC services.
Reports are available online through a secure computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). This self-service system allows you to download all information captured by engineers in the field through PDF reports.
Video supporting media
Video footage of issues with accompanying audio diagnosis is recorded in the field, allowing for direct access to the service engineers’ view from a remote position. These cloud-hosted videos can then be shared with other internal stakeholders as proof of delivery.
